Automatic Filling and Capping Process
The GLZON Automatic IBC and Drum Filling Machine performs several operations automatically. First, the 2D camera detects the bung position. Next, the system removes the bung and prepares the container for filling.
Then, the filling system dispenses the required product into the container. After filling, the machine replaces the bung with controlled torque. Finally, the system crimps the cap seal to complete the packaging process.
