Main features
This industrial-grade chemical packaging system automates high-precision filling and sealing for drums (20-200L), IBC totes (500-1000L), and bottles (1-25L) with ±0.3% volume accuracy. The corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel construction handles aggressive acids, solvents, and viscous fluids up to 50,000cP, featuring PLC-controlled mass flow meters and leak-proof nozzle designs. Integrated functions include automatic bung placement for drums, torque-controlled capping for bottles, and vapor recovery for hazardous materials, achieving speeds of 40 IBCs/hour or 120 bottles/minute with optional ATEX-certified components for explosive environments. The turnkey system combines filling, sealing, and optional palletizing in one GMP-compliant unit with CIP capability.
Filling mode
