As professional filling equipment manufacturer in China. GLZON specialized in creating liquid filling systems for over 22 years.
The robotic palletizer, also known as a palletizing robot or stacking robot, automates the stacking of packaged bags with high speed, precision, and consistent pallet patterns. Key components include flattening systems, buffer conveyors, gripping rollers, pallet dispensers, and the robotic arm.
Bag Orientation & Lifting:
Upright filled bags are gently pushed flat by pneumatic cylinders, rotated to align on the conveyor, and lifted via an adjustable belt system to the palletizing platform.
Boxes bypass this step and move directly to the palletizing zone.
Bag Flattening:
Bags pass through a flattening machine to ensure uniform material distribution and smooth surfaces.
Boxes skip this stage.
Detection & Gripping:
Sensors detect bags/boxes on the gripping roller. The robotic arm positions itself, grips the item, and stacks it according to preset grouping patterns.
Palletizing & Transport:
Completed pallets (with bags/boxes) are removed by forklifts or cranes.
Pallet Dispensing:
An automated pallet magazine lifts and dispenses empty pallets one by one for continuous operation.
Adaptability:
Adjust stacking patterns for varying bag/box sizes or pallet dimensions via the touchscreen interface.
Full Automation:
Auto-flattening, bag rotation, pallet feeding, and layer grouping.
Aesthetic & Stable Pallets:
Bags are stacked inward for secure, visually整齐的垛型.
Cost Efficiency:
Low energy consumption and reduced labor costs.
Pallet Compatibility:
Works with wooden, plastic, or metal pallets of diverse sizes.
Modular Design:
Easy maintenance, high stability, and scalability.
Lightweight Durability:
Robotic arm made of high-strength aviation-grade aluminum alloy for longevity and precision.
Speed: Up to 1,100 bags/hour.
Payload: 130kg/250kg models available.
Precision: ±0.3mm repeatability.
Control: PLC + touchscreen with Ethernet connectivit
