In the impeller feeding mode, the impeller rotates to push the material and assists the blowing to make the material flow, reducing the use of air, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying and feeding. The scissor valve is used to control the feeding speed and accuracy. At the same time, bag turning, horizontal push and other bag unloading methods are provided.
The valve bag packaging scale adopts gross weight measurement. The whole system takes into account the user's usage habits, takes accurate measurement and convenient operation as the basic principles, and can meet the on-site requirements to the greatest extent. It adopts a bellows weighing sensor with high comprehensive accuracy, good long-term stability and impact resistance, and has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable performance and high degree of automation.
