Structural features

The valve port packaging machine developed by our company is divided into two feeding forms: air blowing and impeller. In the air pressure feeding mode, compressed air passes through the microporous plate to fluidize the material in the closed container. In the impeller feeding mode, the impeller rotates to push the material and assists the blowing to make the material flow, reducing the use of air, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying and feeding. The scissor valve is used to control the feeding speed and accuracy. At the same time, bag turning, flat push and other bag unloading methods are provided.

The valve bag packaging scale adopts gross weight measurement. The entire system takes into account the user's usage habits, takes accurate measurement and convenient operation as the basic principles, and can meet the on-site requirements to the greatest extent. It adopts a bellows weighing sensor with high comprehensive accuracy, good long-term stability and impact resistance, and has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable performance and high degree of automation.

    The valve bag packaging scale adopts gross weight weighing and pneumatic feeding. The valve bag is sleeved on the wall of the discharge pipe, and the material filling device can quickly fill the valve bag with materials. The system mainly includes: feeding butterfly valve; barrel device; scissor valve; frame device; weighing and bag turning device; return air dust removal device; pneumatic and electrical control cabinet, etc.
    4.1 Feed butterfly valve
    The feeding butterfly valve is used to put the materials in the user's silo into the fluidized bin of the valve bag packaging scale. The feeding butterfly valve is a standard DN300 caliber clamp type.
    4.2 Storage silo
    The storage silo is used to store enough materials for weighing and packaging, and the top of the storage silo is the feeding butterfly valve. A pneumatic level meter is installed. When the material reaches the level meter position, the feeding butterfly valve automatically closes. The silo DN50 pneumatic butterfly valve is used as a silo pressure relief valve, which is connected to the customer's large storage silo through a hose. It opens when the silo is fed to provide a pressure relief path. The storage bin has a capacity of about 130L. Ordinary mortar can be discharged into 4-5 bags of 25 kg, plaster gypsum can be discharged into 3 bags of 25 kg, and putty powder can be discharged into 4-5 bags of 25 kg.

    4.3 Material fluidization and scissor valve
     
    The material fluidization system presses the material from the fluidization bin into the valve bag through the discharge pipe. The scissor valve with coarse and fine feeding function is driven by a two-stroke cylinder to realize fast and slow dual-speed feeding control. Fast feeding can ensure the packaging speed, while slow feeding ensures the packaging accuracy. When the slow feeding stops, the cut-off valve is completely closed to ensure the final packaging accuracy. Speed ​​and accuracy are contradictory. The need for fast packaging speed will inevitably lose packaging accuracy. Properly widening the weight difference between fast and slow feeding, and reducing the opening of the plug valve during slow feeding (adjusted by the adjusting nut on the two-stroke cylinder) will obtain a higher accuracy value.
    Material fluidization is achieved through PE microporous plate. According to the material specific gravity and fluidity, the compressed air passes through the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure to 0.02MPa-0.08MPa. The compressed air after decompression is sent into the storage bin through the microporous plate, and the pressure is fed back to the electronic pressure switch.
