Main Functions and Features

High Automation: The entire filling process is fully automated, including automatic bucket feeding, lid opening, filling, weighing and measuring, lid sorting, lid locking, waterproof lid pressing, automatic re-inspection and rejection, coding and labeling, robot palletizing, and automatic warehousing. The full-process remote data management function further enhances production efficiency and management level.

High-Precision Filling: Equipped with an advanced metering system, it can accurately control the filling volume, ensuring that the filling precision of each bucket of liquid meets the requirements. For example, the filling precision of some equipment can reach ±0.2% (based on 3ml), which can meet the high-precision filling needs of various industries.

Multi-Stage Filling Mode: It can be divided into two-stage (fast/slow) or three-stage (slow/fast/slow) filling modes. This design can flexibly adjust the filling speed according to the characteristics of the liquid and filling requirements, further improving the filling precision while ensuring filling efficiency, and effectively reducing liquid splash and foam generation.

Drip Protection: The high-viscosity nozzle solves the dripping problem in the filling of high-viscosity products, while the low-viscosity nozzle is equipped with an automatic oil drip cup and air collection hood device, ensuring no dripping during the filling process, reducing material waste and environmental pollution.

Barrel Protection: It prevents nozzle damage or barrel deformation caused by misalignment when the nozzle descends, improving the stability and reliability of the equipment.

Quick Change: The interfaces in the conveying pipeline connections all adopt quick connectors, facilitating rapid nozzle replacement, reducing equipment maintenance and component replacement time, and improving production efficiency.

Automatic Mouth Alignment: Many filling spouts of cylindrical containers have off-center holes. By using infrared positioning or CCD technology, the inconvenience of manual alignment can be solved, realizing automatic alignment, which reduces the difficulty and labor intensity of manual operation.

Multiple Filling Modes: The filling mode design can achieve upper-mouth filling, inner-mouth filling, under-liquid-surface filling, and above-liquid-surface filling, etc. Users can choose the most suitable filling method according to different raw material characteristics and packaging requirements.

Safety Protection: The overall aluminum alloy explosion-proof electrical control box has an explosion-proof grade of up to Exd II BT6, which is suitable for the filling of flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, foam-prone, oxidizable, and volatile liquid products, ensuring the safety and reliability of the production process.

Filling Range: Generally 1-10kg (or 1-10L). Some equipment can be adjusted within a certain range to meet the filling needs of containers of different specifications.

Filling Speed: The filling speed varies depending on the model and configuration of the equipment, usually filling about 1000-2000 barrels per hour.

Power Supply Requirements: Generally use a power supply of AC380V±10% 50Hz. Some small equipment may use a power supply of AC220V 50Hz.

Air Source Pressure: Usually 0.4-0.6MPa, used to drive pneumatic components to complete various actions.
