1. Characteristics

2. Equipment Composition

• Filling System: The system includes components such as the filling head, valves, and pipes. It selects appropriate materials and sealing forms according to the characteristics of the materials to ensure no leakage or dripping during the filling process.

• Weighing System: It consists of a weight sensor and a weighing instrument, which monitor the weight change of the container in real time to achieve precise measurement.

• Conveying System: This system is responsible for transporting empty barrels to the filling position and transporting filled barrels to designated places. Common forms include roller conveyor lines and plate chain conveyor lines.

• Control System: It is composed of a PLC controller, a touch screen, relays, sensors, etc., realizing automatic control and monitoring of the entire filling process.

3. Working Principle

The conveying system first sends the empty barrel to the filling position, and the positioning device aligns the barrel accurately with the filling head. According to the preset filling volume, the filling system automatically opens the valve, and the material flows into the barrel under the action of gravity or pressure. The weighing system monitors the weight in real time, and when the set weight is reached, the valve is automatically closed to stop filling. After the filling is completed, the conveying system transports the filled barrel to the designated place, and the equipment automatically resets, preparing for the next barrel of filling.
