Equipment Composition

Conveying system: It can transport empty barrels to the filling position and transport filled barrels to a designated place. Common forms include roller conveyor lines and plate chain conveyor lines. Working Principle
The conveying system transports the empty barrel to the filling position and aligns the barrel accurately with the filling head through a positioning device. According to the preset filling volume, the filling system automatically opens the valve, and the material flows into the barrel under the action of gravity or pressure. The weighing system monitors the weight change in real time, and when the set weight is reached, the valve is automatically closed to stop filling. After the filling is completed, the conveying system transports the filled barrel to a designated place, and the equipment automatically resets and prepares for the next barrel of filling.
